"My driveway fell apart within days. The company is non-responsive to a warranty claim. It wasn't installed properly, and the gravel started flaking off immediately. It is already leaving depressions which will only get worse after winter. I have been chasing this company for months with vague promises they will look into it. Their last response was for me to sealcoat the driveway - at my expense! - which would only cover up the damage. I am pursuing a claim in court. Avoid this company if you don't want to have to do this."

"We have been dealing with Stan Gelber and Sons for at least 25 years without any problems until this year (2025) when we called for our seasonal a/c spring tune up and was given the price for the job. When the service tech was finished with the job we were given a bill for more then was quoted on the telephone without any additional reasons for the additional price as there was no parts that were needed. "Charlie and Keenan arrived in the terrible heat and humidity to clean 2 wingback chairs and a recliner, as well as cleaning the kitchen floor, which is laminate. The two armchairs were on the top floor of the house and their equipment easily went up the staircase. They told me that they might not get the deep stains out on one of the armchairs, but I'm reupholstering them at some point. I just wanted them to be cleaned enough and deodorised. They were from an old house. Charlie checked the kitchen floor and after a coupler of questions he determined that there is a stickiness to the floor surface and he was concerned that their cleaning supplies might do further damage. Such honesty is incredibly rare this days. Keenan and Charlie were so thorough, quick, and well-mannered. They took great care of the house. Such terrific gentlemen!! Price was very reasonable too."
