"Julio responded promptly, coming out to give me an estimate that afternoon. He assessed both trees, said he could remove the maple without damage to my neighbor's shed, and said the other tree was alright. (He could have said it needed to come down too, and increased the job for himself and the cost to me, but he didn't.) He took down the split maple safely, without touching my neighbor's shed, and removed all the debris, including some branches that weren't part of the tree's being taken down. "They came and took away the two huge trees that were needed to be removed. Quick job with the correct tools, good price and knowledge. I have just two not so good points. One, as it was raining/snowing at the time of the service, they opened big holes in the grass with the truck stoppers and a huge hole in the middle of the gravel driveway, which they didn't fix correctly when the job was finished. And second, they destroyed the plants from my rock garden that were around the tree to be removed. I know it can be difficult to down a tree taking care of the vegetation, but took me 3 years to recover them and the rock garden still have to be redone."
