They really went above and beyond and it was a huge relief to get the job done. However, even if they WEREN'T able to make it the next day, Sonny and Al were fantastic and we'd still recommend them. "We hired Dave Miner to replace 3 skylights and our original roof, which was 27 years old and had became a problem inside with leaks, and out. Dave came to our home twice to present, recommend and review the different options available, which was great because it allowed us to better understand the process and choose the option which best met our needs. The job itself was done in just over a day, and we couldn't be happier. The crew began at 7:30am and worked past 6pm, and they never stopped. I could not believe how efficient and productive they were, the energy they all had. Each person on site had a specific job function, and I never saw them standing around. In fact, they went the other direction and assisted others, a team mentality. So impressed. The skylight removals and installations went quickly and the finish work on the inside and out looks great. "Patrick Kelly and his team did a spectacular roofing job for us. Patrick came to the house for the estimate, went up on the roof and examined everything. He quoted us a good price for all the work and set a date for the work. Less than a month later they were ready to work. They arrived on time. Each worker (10) had specific jobs and they did them efficiently. Patrick was also working with them. They ripped off the two old roof coverings, did a few repairs, sealed the roof and finished the job. When they were done (only took 6 hours), they picked up all of the trash (they even used a magnetic rake to get all of the nails) and threw it in a dumpster. They were an amazing team and we couldn't be happier with them and the roof they supplied. "It went great.  He was punctual in showing up and prompt with getting the work done.  He listened attently and actually understood the problem and got done what was missed by the plumber who put the filtration system in in the first place (before I was in the picture) and the one who simply redirected the water to the refrigerator in spite of my telling him specifically what I needed.  He appropriately answered questions that I had about how this problem might have related to some problems I was having with the water and ice not working on my refrigerator (in fact, it was not tied directly to the filtration problem or to delay in my capacity to change the filters in a timely fashion that arose from it.  It turned out to be tied to the fact that with the reverse osmosis system, the pressure was reduced enough that I could not use and did not need the expensive to replace and "required" water filter in the refrigerator itself).  He was both friendly and professional. <br />"
