"I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to share my excellent experience with Lifetime Roofing. Kyle came in person, discussed the job (with an impressive overlay presentation of the GAF roofing materials), and helped work out a schedule. He was clean-cut, well-spoken, and very knowledgeable. Lifetime Roofing was able to accommodate our need for a prompt roofing date, and we had our house and garage roofing finished within two weeks of that first meeting. Kyle was quick to respond to all emails, and did everything he promised exactly as promised. We were never left hanging or wondering if the job would happen as planned. The roofing materials were delivered the day before. The dumpster was in place bright and early on the roofing day. The roofing crew arrived on time, and even though it was a brutally 90+-degree hot August day, they were able to strip the one layer of old roof and install the new roof on both house and garage all in one day. They were a terrific team (men AND women): very competent, respectful, and VERY hard-working. They had the whole job done before 6pm, including a very thorough clean-up. I was totally pleased with the whole project. The roof looks terrific. Our neighbors were impressed. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. With any roofing job, I think you have to expect some stray nails and messy chaos during the process. But I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the roofing crew. They had an efficient, clear system, and worked beautifully together. They left everything as tidy as reasonably possible. If you're looking for quality work from a very dependable company, I highly recommend Lifetime Roofing."

"Great job by all the men involved. I’m tired of the waiting and not showing up. REI roofing was there when they said they would be and did a fantastic. They even went the extra mile to do things right at no extra cost! They are the best at what they do! And I would have them back in a moment. Unfortunately their repairs are so good I probably won’t see them for 20 to 30 years. That makes me sad.?"

"Sergei provided a free estimate and a full explanation of the work needed and the costs involved. His crew arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They kept an orderly work area, striped the old shingles, replaced plywood as needed and re-shingled the entire house in one day. They completely cleaned the work area after they were done. "The main house roof replacement went very well. However, our porch was a major problem. When we sat down to discuss the job, the manager was informed about porch roof pitch, and if we'd need special considerations of possibly using membrane roofing vs shingles, etc. We were told the pitch was sufficient for traditional shingles. The day of the job, when workers had the entire roof removed, the foreman called the manager and said we'd need a membrane roof. The membrane roof was installed, and the porch ceiling leaked worse than it did with the old roof. I was upset because the problem areas were clearly pointed out to the manager during walk through before work began. After 2 rainstorms and many new leaks, the manager visited the worksite and tried to convince us it was faulty siding, and the wind was blowing rain threw a vent at a 90 degree angle, creating water pooling four feet in from the exterior wall. After repeated phone calls to the company, a carpenter who worked for the roofer was dispatched, and he preformed leak tests by using a garden hose to soak the roof area. After no leaking was found, I showed him exactly where I thought the problem was coming from-guess what? He removed the roof shingles beneath the area I had pointed out to the manager before re-roofing work began. The problem was behind a soffit that met at a corner of our roof valley. The carpenter found that the actual wall that met the roof deck was further in than the flashing/shingles were laid. He corrected the wall problem, replaced the fascia board, re-layed the shingle and so far, the leaking has stopped. We were finally able to have the porch ceiling and walls redone. Thankfully, this contractor stood by his work, and eventually solved the problem. I wouldn't hire again mainly because the initial explanation didn't make sense to me. He insisted we had a siding problem, not a roofing problem. As far as I'm concerned, someone who's specialty is roofing, should spot potential problem areas and make a homeowner aware of it, especially when the home owner points it out to you before beginning work. How can you guarantee the new roof if it fails to prevent weather from entering the home because it doesn't correctly work in tandem with the house walls, corners, roof deck or siding?"

"The quote was a fair price compared to the other quotes we received.  The date was set to start the job but was delayed to the following week because of weather.  The roof was completed in 1 day.  I had to call because there was an area where the roof pitch changes that did not look right but Sean had his guys come right out and correct it the day I called. <br /> The roof looks beautiful and we are happy with the work. <br />"

"Can’t say enough good things about Kyle and his work. Just had our roof done and the whole process was wonderful. Great work at a fair price, from estimate to picking out materials Kyle worked with us to make sure we were getting both what we needed in a roof as well as a finished product that would look great. The roofers that came out were some of the hardest working people I’ve met in a long time and they got through the entire project in less than a day, first stripping the old shingles and replacing some plywood underneath that was starting to rot and then installing the new shingles and ridge vent. They were punctual and when they were done they cleaned thoroughly, ensuring there was no stray nails around in the yard or driveway to puncture a tire or foot. I will certainly be using them again for my next project and many more to come."

"Chris did a great job! His communication with me was outstanding! He showed when he said he would.. I had him repair the roof around the chimney which was leaking, I also had him repair around the stack pipe and around the bathroom vent on the roof. He showed at 730am like he said he would and he was done by 11am before the rain came. When I came home from work and walked in my back yard it was like no one was here, no mess nothing out place. I've had issues with contractors in the past but Chris was topnotch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! Later that afternoon the rain came and it poured and there was NO LEAK. Job well done"

"Mark from Ferschke did a great job. I purchased a $99 Angie's "coupon" for checking the entire roof, etc. Mark spent a lot of time checking the entire roof, the lead flashing around the chimney, etc. He also re-attached the back gutter that was loose / hanging, AND changed an outdoor lightbulb! I plan to have him come back in the spring to replace an area of roof shingles and 'sister' boards to existing rafters for a firmer gutter attachment. Again, Mark was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well."
