"I was very pleased with S and M Pest Services. They were quite professional, up front about all work to be performed and the cost of each tier of service. They minimize the use of harmful pesticides yet still manage to get the job done. We hired them for two properties that had different requirements, with one being much more difficult than the other. The more difficult job involved setting external and internal traps, some exterior masonry work, roof and chimney work, substantial external patching of woodpecker damage, and significant termite control. They far exceeded expectations on the more difficult property and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I rated them a B for price because this was the first time we've had to use this service."

"The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He inspected both inside and outside of my house. After the inspection I felt that he was honest about the extent of the problem. The ants were not nesting in my walls as I had feared. But he did see activity outside.At this point because of the colder temperatures the ants seem to be gone or just sleeping. <br />"

He finished the foundation work first and set snap traps inside to catch any mice trapped inside the house. He came back a few days later to finish the roof work and remove the traps with mice. He set up new traps to replace the used ones and came back a few days later to check on those. Matt always arrived when expected and finished his work in a timely matter. He is very good at communicating. We immediately noticed that his work was successful with no signs of mice anymore. We are very satisfied and highly recommend Bat Guys."
