"Used them to manage 5 properties in the Cahokia area. Briant is a nice guy, but needs lots of work for his company to grow. Communication is lousy. Quotes for work orders look like they were gotten off the first page of Google. Tenants complain about communication and work done as well. For a company that?s supposed to make your load easy, they have to be nursed to get stuff done. I got my properties back in November 2024 and it took them till February to get my first tenants in? and we only get tenants because of my marketing recommendations. Monthly reports for income and expenses are never accurate, numbers are missing/skewed. When confronting them about the issue, they say they are going to look into it but they take their sweeet time. I switched over to a different management company who keeps me posted on EVERYTHING. I had to call Briant every day just to get security deposits in my hands, and I?m still in the process of trying to get my rents from this company "
