"I requested several estimates for a V300 white board fence, 88 feet long and 13 feet high. The quotes were: Great Valley Fence (ACE) at $3,900, Ergeon at $4,500, and Peralta’s Total Services at $6,415.20. Ergeon was very responsive and provided an estimate via Zoom the same day. Peralta and Great Valley Fence both visited my property in person, which I appreciated. I later decided to go with a hunter green V300 fence, but Ergeon didn’t offer that color, and Great Valley Fence quoted nearly double for a different color option. Since Peralta’s estimate was already the highest for white, I didn’t pursue that further. I was leaning toward Great Valley Fence due to their lower price, but I requested a 6- to 12-inch gap from the ground to help clear weeds between the old and new fence. It seems they weren’t able to meet that request and never followed up. Overall, I appreciated the effort from each company and plan to seek new estimates again in spring 2026."

Throughout the project they allocated sufficient time for each treatment to cure and inspected the work before proceeding to the next step. "I contacted TNT through Angie's List, and received a prompt call back to arrange for an estimate.  Todd was obviously knowledgeable and experienced, and took measurements and talked to me about what I wanted to do.  I had studied the website pictures and knew what I wanted.  I received a detailed estimate within a day or two, and it became clear that I needed to downsize the cost of the job.  I widened the space between posts and removed "residential rail" from the job, and the resulting new lower cost fell within my budget. (My first revised estimate included an error, which was caught and corrected before work was started.) <br /> An installation date was determined three weeks out from the estimate date.  This date was adjusted due to a short stretch of bad weather, and the fence was installed in one day. (I was in out of town on the installation date, but my neighbor watched the installation and said the crew was "amazing.") <br /> Some scrubby brush needed to be cut back in a few spots, but the crew apparently had no difficulty with it. There were a few small scraps of wire mesh left behind, and a small handful of staples, but the job was left otherwise in a neat and orderly fashion. <br /> What I did not expect:  the truck(s) used in the installation left some pretty deep ruts in the yard, probably caused by the rain that had delayed the job softening the ground. Two of the gates were high on the bottom and my puppy had no difficulty wiggling under them.  I called TNT and asked if they could retrofit the gates, and was told someone would come out with some pickets to remedy the problem.  In a few days I came home from work to find one gate fixed, and I took care of the other one.  The pup has not escaped since. Overall, I am pleased with the job and the responsiveness and professionalism of the personnel.  I would use the company again, and have recommended it to neighbors. <br /> <br />"

"After several having several contractors price out the job I settled on Eric and boy am I glad I did. He and his crew came to work on time got the job finished cleaned up done exactly as I wanted it. All within the time frame he had quoted me. He repaired my dishwasher and removed replaced my old water pump with the new one I had purchased. The trees were cut down as far as possible ( the prior contractor left me with stumps that were 2 to 2 1/2 feet high) he cut them down to be even with my grass!!!! Great job. I am looking forward to hiring Eric and his crew again as I have more trees to cut down next summer. Several years ago Eric installed and repaired my bathroom and painted several rooms for me and that job was also well done. Price wise Eric was more than comparable and reasonable than the other contractors were, I had a price quote from one contractor that was more than double his!!! Finally Eric and his crew were nothing less than kind courteous and professional in their manner. I would recommend him and his crew in all areas of contracting as I am a benefactor of his work. I have had other contractors do work for me and the results have been mixed. Going forward he is the first person I will call with any contracting issues. Try him believe me you will not be disappointed."
