Initial clean-up was started and included removal of a soaked bed and furniture as well as installation of commercial desiccant and refrigerant dehumidifiers, three floor vacuum mat systems and multiple blowers. The house sounded like a factory and I suspect my 200 amp electrical service was near capacity. <br /> In the next two days, they removed the attic floor and insulation, opened moist areas of drywall, and continued adding and moving blowers. By the third morning after the mess, the hardwood floors were down to 9% humidity and most of the cupping resolved. a light sanding and refinishing will restore it to new condition. Their prompt and efficient service, including disinfectants to prevent mold, helped protect the house. All the remaining drywall is intact and solid. <br /> While I wish this type of thing never happened, I'm thankful for professional qualified people like Shaun, Marcus, and Chris who are qualified and caring enough to start us back to where it is really is like it never even happened. <br />"
