He also claims to be a BBB Accredited Business, but bbb.org has no file on him. There was also Easy Off overspray over adjacent cabinets and the wall. "

I said that couldn't possible work, since my gutters (in Massachusetts) would be frozen over by then. The person (computer?) I spoke to said they would put me on the "urgent" list and try to get to me earlier. Now Jan 1 has come and gone and no workmen have appeared and no one has contacted me from Ned Stevens. What kind of outfit is this? My gutters are completely frozen over and I'm afraid we'll develop an ice jam on the roof. I am 85 years old, and my husband is 89 and has Alzheimers."

You need the correct address of the defendant in order for the court to compel him to come to court, so Carmelo Franco is just a ghost that you will never be reimbursed by.
