Removed existing poor grass,raked leveled the more weed block with river rock cover. Remaining lower track of grass removed replaced with sod Installed landscaping ties as border between rocks and sod. Suggested install of 3 arbivitae for privacy. Tom ,the owner very helpful, his entire crew dedicated,hard working polite men. Not only job well done. "I was not only in the market for a new patio but a new drainage solution. A recent flash flood was exacerbated by my concrete patio that seemed to keep water between my house and the grass. This led to water leaking in and potential water damage to my home. I got several different hardscapers to come to my house. Some provided a quote, but never called back. Others outright refused to do the job because I lived in an HOA community and they preferred not to deal with the back and forth with an HOA board. Some said my project was "too small". I get it, builders need to secure bigger jobs. They got people to take care of too. But people in humble homes need work done too. It also wasn't easy to access my home since I live in a middle unit with no rear road access. I was so close to just giving up. Shaun not only came out to my property, but also provided me with an estimate, and get this; a follow up call. Despite township surface limitations, my HOA's regulations, and difficulty in accessing my backyard Shaun and his crew got it done. Every step of the process, he had a solution for the size, configuration, and drainage. He kept me informed of my next steps so I always knew what to expect next. Even after a township bounced back my initial proposal, Shaun drew up a revised plan to accomplish what I still wanted to do without compromising the aesthetic of my patio. He always kept me updated on the cost expectations so I was never blindsided by any surprise expenses. Not only that, but the work was completed far quicker than I expected. "Keystone just finished the first deck I've ever had built. This company runs like a well oiled machine from sales to installation. The showroom is great and shows lots of options. The quote and design were detailed with a quick turnaround by Ron Yoder the sales rep after his visit to our home. He even gave us great suggestions, which we ended up incorporating. From there we had to wait a few months for the build to start, but they stayed in touch through the scheduling team. The installation team (Jonathan Esh, Steven Beiler and Willie...who last name escapes me) were here 7AM on the dot, and wrapped up around 4PM. These guys completed a roughly 450 square foot deck in 8 business days, including a curved bar, three stone columns and a built-in grill with stone around it. Really nice guys, can't say enough about them. Once we get around to the patio underneath the deck, we'll seriously consider Keystone again."
