"Waterman Building & Remodeling is one of the best home repair companies I have worked with. Sales Rep Andy Cannon came over to the house to provide a complete estimate and to provide a brochure on all the various colors available. We were interested in a certain color, and Jenny Schermerhorn sent over pictures and addresses of work they had done using that color shingle. We agreed to the price, which I found very reasonable, and were put on the schedule on 4/14. We were told they were about 8 weeks out so to expect a call in early June, about a week before our appt. They called to tell us they would be over on June 13th. Materials were dropped off shortly after that call. The day of the appointment came, and the crew was here first thing in the morning. Everything was covered properly, and work began. Foreman kept us in the loop as to what was going on. Very nice guy who I loved chatting with. Work was completed in the afternoon, and a thorough cleanup was done using magnets to ensure no loose roofing nails were in the yard. Its been four months since the roof was replaced, and we have had many storms with heavy winds and rain since then with absolutely no issues with the roof."

They were able to remove the snow and ice from the roof, repair the tile and seal the area in the attic where the water was coming in. They were fast and efficient and we appreciate the same day repair. "

"Well, I knew it was time for a new roof. Based on its age and just looking at it, I knew it. I had put off this decision for quite a while now, but yes, now was the time to finally invest in a new roof. Would I rather spend the money on a Hawaiian vacation or perhaps a new Zero Turn Lawnmower yard toy? Maybe, but if I am thinking clearly and correctly, not really! I knew a great roof replacement would add great protection not only for the home, but for me and my loved ones. It provides peace of mind, dynamic curb appeal, and one less big worry. That was amazing, and along with their many exemplary reviews, I had to check them out further and made a call. Jim DelPrete, President came out to visit with me in short order and assessed my particular and specific roofing needs and presented all the relevant options and recommendations and some needed do’s and don’ts. After speaking with him, I was confident about their services and capabilities, the materials, and the process, steps and timeline for the job. I also felt that the project cost was very competitive, reasonable, and fair. From contract to materials delivery to house prep and to the completed roof and cleanup, the project went along quite smoothly. I am very pleased with my new roof. I really am and I would like to publicly thank Jim, Elias, Sean, Samantha, and the whole crew. "Since we have had ice dam damage during two major snow storms over the past 10 years, our roof was 16 years old, and are planning to sell our house in 2019, we asked Power to assess the roof condition and give us an estimate for replacement. The salesman did a thorough inspection and pointed out several instances of wear and damage to both the roof and fascia boards. Although he spent much too long going over the Power products and the procedures (till too late at night), we were impressed by Power's multi-faceted approach to preventing ice dams and other water damage. What sold us on doing the roof now, however, before selling the house, was the salesman's assurance that the warranty was backed by a national company and transferable to the new owners. Since we have Gutter Shield gutter guards, he said that we'd need to have those removed by the Gutter Shield installer before the roof was done and then replaced afterwards. He did not tell us (and perhaps did not know), that replacing the fascia required removing the gutters and that they would need to be replaced exactly as before in order for the gutter guards to fit. This turned out to be a major problem. When the pre-install inspection manager came to go over the procedures and schedule the work, he told us that the gutters would have to be removed and there would be an additional charge to reinstall them. Because of the misunderstanding, he waived the re-installation charge---but apparently also did not know about the problem of re-installing the gutter guards onto gutters that were no longer exactly in the same place. Power sends a large crew, so the roofing job is normally completed in one day. We had some rain, so it took two days, which was not a problem and the roofing part of the job seems to have been done quite well. The supervisor of the roofing crew was super helpful and kept us abreast of everything they were doing. The fascia and gutter crew, however, had no obvious supervisor and did not communicate with either us or the roofing supervisor. Moreover, they used our vinyl deck railing to support a ladder (unnecessarily in our view) and damaged the railing, and they remounted the front gutter with too steep an incline (by a factor of two or more). Power sends a quality assurance manager after completion of the job to make sure everything is in order, provide the warranty information and collect the payment. When we read the warranty we discovered that Power's labor warranty is not transferable, contrary to what the salesman had told us. (The GAF shingle warranty is transferable, but that's true with any roofing company.) Since this was the decisive feature that led us to contract with Power, we raised objections. The quality assurance manager called the regional project manager, who prepared an addendum extending the labor warranty to the next owners. He also offered to pay the cost of having the Gutter Shield installer rehang the gutters with a correct incline. The pre-install inspection manager suggested that Mr Clean MagicEraser could be used to polish up the damaged railing (which we have successfully done) . Overall we were pleased with the company's thoroughness, quality of product, and communications. We would rate the work an 'A' except for the untruthful statements of the salesman and the poor communication and sloppiness of the fascia crew. We did not receive other quotes for the work, so we suspect that Power's was on the high side, though not too much out of line compared with what we paid in 2002. If the Power roofing system prevents future ice dams, any extra cost will be well worth it."

"Everything was great except cleanup. There was a misunderstanding about which shingles we wanted, but Willard made good on it. They even removed a small area where they had installed the wrong shingles and replaced them with the right shingles, all at no extra charge. The new roof looks great. The only problem was cleanup. We found a large number of nails in our yard and on our driveway, and a lot of pieces of plastic lying around."

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

"Connell Roofing replaced our existing roof with a new GAF Timberline ULTRA HD asphalt shingles, including some copper valleys and three solar roof vents. In addition, Connell installed a new gutter and downspout system replacing our 20-year old LeafGuard system with new covered gutters by Leaf Relief. Chris Kent, the salesperson, sat down with us during the contract process and explained the entire process, the types of materials, and warranties. He was very professional and informed and answered all our questions during the meeting and follow up emails. Chris also visited the site during both installations to ensure compliance with our contract. Zach Tentoni, managed the installation, and was very detail oriented, ensured compliance with the contract and expectations, and was on site during the installation as well being available by phone in case we had questions or concerns. Zach’s workmen including Mike, Curtis, Matt and Sammy were excellent, very accommodating and more than willing to answer any questions or concerns we had during installation of the roof and gutters. They were ver efficient, produced a quality product, and cleaned up well after the jobs were done. Zach performed a walk around upon completion. It was made clear that if we had any issues or problems post-completion, Zach was prepared to send members of his team back in to repair or fix anything that might occur. My wife and I are more than pleased with Connell Roofing and would highly recommend them."

"Overall, quite good. I'd rate the work and the primary workers (Konner and Nick) as excellent. Only time will tell regarding the results (deal with some tricky spots on the roof where ice damming was happening and water was coming in), but the process was excellent. Konner was in constant contact; I knew exactly where they were in the process and what the various decision points were. The only reason that I did not give a 5 is that I did not love the sales process. Their prices are relatively high (that's okay--I think they do good work, and I understand that materials are expensive at the moment), and I felt that we were being pressured to spend lots of money on big, expensive jobs--something we were not in a good position to do."

"Ronaldo and his team did a great job with repairing our siding and soffit issues and replacing a piece of rake that had blown off in a storm. Our job was small but very important to us and they gladly come and took care of everything! Other companies tend to only want to do larger jobs but we really appreciate that Ronaldo and his team were here to fix our issues! They went above and beyond checking over other areas of the roof and siding to make sure everything was good. They also didn’t try to sell us unnecessary things like replacing all the siding. I highly recommend them for any siding, roofing or window repairs!"
