I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

He also pointed out that our vent hardware on the outside was the wrong kind and allowed wind to blow link into the dryer heating element and was a fire hazard. He replaced it for pretty cheap.
