"Super Duct cleaned ducts on Tuesday. Friday night a/c unit stopped working so called my Heating & Air company and they said line was clogged and "cleared" it. Happened again the following Friday and the new tech really cleared it thoroughly (unfortunately this time it had leaked on my ceiling). I don't know for sure if cleaning the ducts is what clogged the line but I suspect it was as we had never had this problem before. Cost me an additional $110 for service call to get line cleaned and now I have an ugly stain on my ceiling :( ."

"Replaced the first system summer of 2017. Scott came out the within a few hours from calling. After looking at the problem it was obvious the system was beyond repair. He provided a quote which was below what I had received from competitors. Within a day or so his crew showed up and replaced the unit. I had previously consulted Consumer Reports on Heat and Air. Bryant was one of the higher rated units. Nine months later the other unit was making a loud noise. I had one of Scott's crew come check it out. The compressor was on the way out. I had this unit replaced with another Bryant. Both transactions where done with efficiency and professionalism. Hopefully, I'm done for a few years with Heating and Air but would not hesitate to call Corbitt Heating and Air if the need arises."

I called a few different companies in the Waycross area and I had a very hard time getting any of them to call me back or to even show up after appointments were made (even for the initial quote).  <br /> My experience with Joiner Heating & Air was the exact opposite of that... and wonderful to say the least.  I called on a Thursday evening and he was at my house the very next day (at the time he said he would be) to give me a quote. <br /> His quote, for the same ERR Rated units, was $1000 less than the other quotes I finally received. On top of that, labor and parts was included for 2 years. (While the others only covered labor for 1 year). <br />  This was a big job that took more than 1 day. He showed up on time everyday, always cleaned up any mess before leaving, if anything needed to change (from the original discussions) he made sure to discuss it with me first.
