"From start to finish my experience with John was very pleasant and I am happy to recommend his services. He was very quick in responding to my initial request for service in installing a new front door, talked me through what to expect and prepare, and displayed a good deal of patience, flexibility, and understanding when we had to re-schedule the installation a couple of times because of problems my wife and I were having with the paint we ordered. On the day of installation, he was prompt and exercised care in preserving (per our request) the existing trim. When we learned towards the end of the install that the backset dimensions were incorrect (through no fault of his own), John very happily volunteered to acquire and install a temporary lock so that we could secure our door that evening. He additionally agreed to return a second time, without charge, to finish the job when the correctly sized, replacement backsets arrived from the manufacturer. We plan to utilize John's services again for two additional exterior door installations on our second floor."
