"We have used Jay Crew a few times in the past. We always dealt with John Matthew. We never had any problem getting a response and scheduled for work. The work performed for us was always great. We were going to use Jay Crew again to clean up our landscaping. We called over a month ago to have someone come out and give us an estimate. We waited a few weeks for someone to even come out. The man they sent was not an employee, rather an intern? I don't recall his name. However, we have not gotten any communication back about the cost or scheduling of the work. It is very disappointing and unfortunate. We have always had great work done in the past. I know John Matthew is no longer with the company and I believe this has something to do with this poor service. John was always prompt and highly professional. We will have to find another company at this point. We are so disappointed. I thought we had found our lifelong landscaping company. We had some big plans for our home in the future. Very unfortunate for us and for Jay Crew. <br /> <br /> Update: I received a phone call today and an apology for the lack of communication and responsiveness for our project. I appreciate the call and have in turn changed my original review. As previously stated, we have always had great service in the past and it seems things might be getting back on track now. I will review the completed work later. I have no doubt that it will be top notch though. It always has been in the past."

"The Peters Group installed our irrigation system perfectly! Chris came out, walked our property, gave us a reasonable quote, and installed days later. The installation was smooth and clean. Chris took the time, in the pouring rain, to walk me through everything and show me what was accomplished. Our grass went from dry and brittle to green and lush in days. "October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"
