"We just bought a house and wanted to have the furnace and ac serviced. We also wanted to have the ducts cleaned. Jake arrived on time, was very friendly, and was very knowledgeable. Being a first time homebuyer he went through and explained everything and gave me tips. When he checked out the ducts, he noted that they must have been cleaned somewhat recently and were in great shape. He was honest and suggested holding off on cleaning them but gave an estimate for cost if we did decide to do it. Excellent customer service and I would recommend them to anyone."
