RE-ROOF ASPHALT SHINGLLES AND METAL EXTENDED SEAM.

"Hello, One of you're members JJP Roofing Inc. recently completed my roof 2/2020, at 929 Holbrook Cir. FL. It is now 9/2020, and there is many roof leaks on my ceiling. JJP Roofing claims since was not the contract signer of his warranty that my roof is not covered. See attached contract to see there are no warrant restrictive provisions. NRCA: " Warranty documents often contain restrictive provisions that significantly limit the warrantor’s liability and consumer’s remedies in the event that problems develop. The warranty document may also contain other restrictions and limitations, such as a prohibition against assignment or transfer of the warranty, exclusion of damages resulting from a defective roof system and monetary limitations." "If there is ever an issue with your roof, don't count on this roofers support. They did not pull permits on our home, and when hurricane Micheal hit this area and damaged our flat roof, the insurance company wouldn't replace our roof because there was no permit pulled in 2013 and it appeared our roof was the original roof from 1986. He wouldn't call the insurance company to sort things out, he would not prove there was a permit pulled. Because we chose to have our roof done by Jerry Roofing, we ended up having to pay over $31,000 to replace our own roof. Never returns calls either! Worse roofer ever!"
