When I was to paint, she got the job started within 1 week of my call. She was very responsive to all of my questions and any concerns that I had. The workers very very professional & worked with no supervision, but were very approachable & helped me understand the process & also answered any questions. Kate kept track of the work being done, did an inspection with me at end & had the guys do some small touch ups, which were completed quickly. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. "They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. I would use his services again in the future, as eventually it’s the right thing."
