Talking to AJ and having him answer the list of questions thoroughly in language that was easy to understand is what sealed the deal for me. The 4 workers showed up at approx. 8AM as I was told. These guys worked from sunrise to sunset and my roof was all done in one day. The raw material supplies for the roof arrived one day prior to the installation date (8/29/24). Everything went smoothly and I love my new metal roof. I highly recommend Your Exterior Pros if you are considering putting a new roof on your home."

"This repair went well. I am very satisfied with  Southern Grace Exteriors. The worker was a consummate professional. This was a two-day repair. On the first day, he gave me a call prior to the appointed time to remind me that he was on his way. He showed not long before the appointed time, gathered details about my concern, and went right to work. After examining the problem area, he provided me with the details about what was causing the leak. He show me pictures of the damage up close and informed me what it was I was seeing. Any questions I had were answered in a polite and professional manner. He rescheduled for another day to make the repairs. Again, he showed slightly before the appointment time and took care of business. He was actually done making the repairs much more quickly than I anticipated. He took up close pictures of the finished product and shared them with me. Though he could have milked me for additional payment, he did not. "Ken is very punctual, quick to respond, and flexible with my hectic work schedule. The price was super reasonable and he did a great job and did it quickly too. He made sure everything was level and didn’t leave a mess behind. The surround was installed perfectly. But the caulking wasn’t as perfect as I would like it to be, and he missed a small area. But I am sure if I told him, he would come back to do it in a heartbeat. I just figure it’s something I can do myself so no biggie. I would definitely hire him again in the future for some other stuff I need done around the house once I save up some more money... like fixing my deck! In the meantime, this is my favorite place in my home to look at. The surround just complements the brick on my fireplace so beautifully. I’m happy."
