"Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

the Mike was very professional, punctual and helpful.  He helped me through the important steps of setting up a project this large so I would understand how each piece of project would affect my budget.  He also took the time to explain all of my different options so I could end up with the a quality finished product that gave me all the things i was looking for.  I also appreciated that he could flex to my schedule for our meetings but since he was already currently working on another project; I chose another contractor that could start immediately.  Mike was able to do everything I asked except drop everything he was working on just for me(which of course is an unreasonable request on my part)
