Pottery, statues, water features, Birdbaths, Rain Boots and all kind of gift items.We also offer landscaping and lawn maintenance by a professional crew.Install water gardens of all sizes, Do our own irrigation and sod installation. Retaining walls and stone walkways and walls.
"Went to Nursery in person spoke with Julie. Explained what I wanted done.. Landscaping for side yard & portion of backyard. Appointment made for 11/5/2020 between 10:30-11:30AM. No one showed up. I called & spoke with Julie she apologized & said it was her error by placing 2 dates on 2 different calendars. I told her not to worry & set up another appointment for 11/10/2020 at 10-11AM. She said she would call the morning of 11/10 to confirm. I never received a call & again no one showed up. I finally drove over there at about 3PM & spoke with Julie.& explained that her husband again never showed up & that I did not receive a call from her. She told me she had told her husband that morning that she needed to call me before the appt. but that he said he would call an hour before which would have been 9AM. She said it was strange because he told her he had everything loaded up for my appt. I don't know what all he would have "loaded up" as he was just coming to give us an estimate for the landscaping job. I told her it was over. If he was a no show to give an estimate on a job that potentially could have been worth a lot of $$ how would I expect that he would actually show up to do the work. We went to Ground Cover up the Street & was given great ideas!!!! Would not recommend!! No relation to anyone at Ground Cover."

All Landscaping services are performed by Lines Designs employees any sub-contracting will be notified to the Homeowner/Job Supervisor. Any accepted estimate exceeding $2500 will require 35% of estimated total down to begin project, and full payment of any job will be due at project completion. "I started the process in May, 2017. I got one overpriced estimate from 2 high pressure and unscrupulous salesmen who tried to pressure me to sign. Enloe then sent another salesman, who gave me a much lower and more realistic price. I scheduled it for early in the summer of 2017. I contacted the company several times to ensure that they’d be there on the date promised and that they’d install the gutters. On the day of the installation, NO ONE showed, and NO ONE called to explain why! When I discovered that the gutters had not been installed, as promised, early in the morning, I called Enloe. The excuse I received was unacceptable! Supposedly, the installer got held up on another job, and didn’t show up at mine. Apparently, he did not know how to use the phone and neither did anyone else at Enloe! I made 4 separate phone calls that day: to the non existent “customer service”’ to the general manager and others, voicing my disappointment! No one would return my call, nor would anyone address this totally unacceptable behavior! They is not a professionally run company , nor is it customer focused! I would never use them again! Their behavior is totally below standard!"
