"I'm a bit late in writing this, but within the last year, Rhodes put up a fence around our backyard. Their price was $2,000 cheaper than another quote we had and the other one promised to "do all the right things that some other companies won't do". Rhodes did exactly the same thing the higher quote had promised...it was just included in the Rhodes quote. They were professional, personable, and without a doubt I believe the BEST fence contractor in Kansas City. The neighbors still comment on how great our fence looks and to this day, the cedar still smells good. Two gates and no sagging. They did exactly what they promised to do and even offered some great suggestions for transitioning from our 3 sided privacy fence to 1 side picket. It looks fantastic! I originally found them on Angie's List. You won't be sorry in hiring them."

"We are landlords and have used Delden Manufacturing / Renner Supply many times before. This time, at a 4-plex, one of the garage doors was bent and had some broken parts on the inside, and two other doors had outside handles that had been broken off. I called on a Tuesday and explained the problems. They made an appointment on that Friday to replace the door and handles. I believe it was Kevin I talked to, but not sure, and he gave us an estimate on the cost of the door and the two handles. He stated if we took the old door down we could eliminate a $30 charge. He even explained how to do this. He showed up on time even with it slightly raining. He got the new door up and the handles changed in less than an hour. He even gave us a can of spray lubricant for the springs and pulleys and told us we should spray these annually. We had a man to take the old garage door away so that wasn't an issue, but he would have if we needed him too."

"The bad storm on the night of the 12th and morning of the 13th, caused a tree limb to fall and took out my power line and ruined other things. My grandson, Brandon York is a service writer at SK Mechanic, told me about MVP. SK does business with Chip at MVP. Brandon called Chip for me and Kenny was sent right out. Kenning did a terrific job of explaining all the needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and we discussed upgrading everything. He gave me another estimate to include the upgrade. I chose to go with the upgrade in the repair. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. Kenny also said that he would work with Evergy and take care of everything. Kenny made this Grandmother very relieved! On the day of the upgrade repair, Kenny and another great MVP electrician (I am so sorry that I forgot his name-I apologize for that), came out and got it all fixed. They were so amazing! They treated me like I was their own Grandmother! I feel like I have 2 new Grandsons! MVP is a part of my family now. I signed up for MVP's plan that includes plumbing, heating & air conditioning and electric. It has everything that I needed and have been looking for. I am so relieved that I now have a responsible company to call when I need one of these services. Thank You Chip, Rhonda, Kenny and the other Great electrician for your excellent service. "It was a very cold day. Some of their equipment was not working so they had to do work arounds. I discovered they had only used one screw per picket - had not seen that before - called and they got a little testy with me -- said one screw holds better than two nails. I have an issue with the smaller gate - have tried to call but their phone is no longer taking messages and they have not responded to my email so far."
