"The demo and the prep was a lot of work. They worked really hard removing the walkway which had thick concrete, which they removed off my property. The rest of the prep went well, they did however install my new wall several inches off at the beginning , which displaced the end point off by a lot. I expressed my concerns and they immediately took a walk down and reset it in the right location. The rest of prep went very smoothly all the guys are very courteous. Once the prep was done the concrete was poured. Once that had time to cure the sprinklers went in and the grass installed. The plants, gravel and mulch were installed very quickly. All the sprinkler systems were tested for each zone to make sure that all of them working with no leaks. They showed me how to change all the settings on irrigation system, which was very helpful. My project came with a plant warrantee which is really great since I had a couple plants that did not do well. Their suggestion for plants and other parts of my project were spot on. They keep my property clean and respected my space while they were working. A year later my small grass area is beautiful and lush. The plants are growing and are very beautiful. It is a joy to sit outside and enjoy my backyard and I get a lot of compliments of how beautiful it is. <br />"

"Their products are supposedly earth friendly and that’s my reason for using their service. They come several times a year but there’s still weeds popping up everywhere. They do come back if I call, but that’s not the point. I don’t feel that I should have to be calling every time I see weeds growing in treated areas."

"I had very low expectations in general that re-seeding of my temperamental "lawn" would work. I've tried all manner of everything for years, including a complete re-sod job. I have been blown away by the results of Lawn Doctor's "power" re-seeding process of my lawn. I had a large bare area adjacent to a pinon tree. Some other landscape people said the fallen needles in the soil were a major problem. For $190.00 I now have thick green grass! Forget $1,000s for re-sodding, I recommend you try Lawn Doctor re-seeding first for a LOT LESS."

"I’ve been with them for a while now. They are very dependable. After they come out and spray, they'll come back right away if I see ants or something 2 days later. They take special requests seriously. I do not have them spray my lawn on the backyard because I have 3 dogs and I just don’t want my dogs with chemicals on their feet so they spray around the outside of the house and so forth. They spray my lawn on the front yard. They are really good. I would continue to use them in the future. "

"WaterQuest designed and re-built and existing koi pond at my residence. The original size and shape of the pond remained as well as the original rubber liner. The materials used were colored concrete patio wall blocks and capstones. <br /> WaterQuest dug footings for the concrete blocks and built the structures (two interconnected ponds) 24" and 12" above ground level. The koi ponds are 3 feet and 4 feet deep from ground level. Structurally, WaterQuest did and excellent job of building the two round walls and a very nice waterfall connecting the upper pond to the lower pond. <br /> Unfortuneately, they did not understand the construction of a koi pond and the various levels or shelves within the pond to place the large containers ( 12" to 18" diameter) of aquatic plants. The shelves were in place for the original pond. The workers, usually unsupervised, filled the shelves with base course (for the block walls) and laid the rubber liner over the base course and used construction adhesive to glue the rubber liner to the block and then glued the capstones to the block. So now I have no where to put the large containers of pond plants and no shade for my fish. The job was finished in early May, but tropical plants don't show up on the market until early June and that is when I discovered the problem. <br /> There was no follow-up by WaterQuest and my calls went unanswered. At the finish of the job, and before I discovered the problem, I had more landscape work being estimated by them, to include lighting and more hardscape improvements. They just disappeared and never returned, called, followed-up or even finished the estimate for the additional landscape work. Just vanished. So much for their one year warranty. <br /> <br />"
