"We had Renew Property Solutions remove our existing asphalt driveway and replaced with concrete. I first reached out on a Sunday evening and Chris contacted me first thing on Monday to schedule an appointment to review the project. Upon meeting with Chris we went over the details of the project and spoke about possible timing of the work. Chris indicated they were out about 3-4 weeks, depending on weather which I completely understood, also working in construction. We received the proposal which was very detailed on scope of work to be performed which we appreciated as we were making slight modifications from our existing layout. Once we finalized the agreement the work was completed within the 3-4 window Chris had originally mentioned, which I was pleasantly surprised with due to the weather during that time! Our project consisted of about 34 yards of concrete, and associated asphalt removal. Work was completed in 2-3 days and we could not be any happier with the end product. Chris's team took pride in their work, worked diligently, and made sure that we were happy by keeping us informed. Upon completion of work the work area was cleaned up and edges backfilled. We also appreciated the consideration of the location of the sawcut joints as our drive fell in between our house and detached garage (that are not parallel with each other) to provide for an aesthetically pleasing layout. "The work was done well and price was fair and as promised. It was nice to be able to have one company do both the brick and concrete repairs after a sewer line replacement ripped up part of our sidewalk and a decorative brick wall that tied into the corner of our house. It took a few months for him to work us in (which he warned us could happen) because his company was quite busy this summer. Coincidentally, we realized the owner had rebuilt our chimney 10 years earlier when he was working for another company. Chimney is still in great shape."

"We are extremely happy we utilized Delello & Sons Paving. The entire process from initial contact, all the way to receipt of invoice exceeded our expectations. We contacted Delello & Sons, and spoke with the secretary. Within an hour we received a call, and scheduled an appointment with the estimator. Jim was accommodating to our schedule, and was punctual. Later that day we received our quote. We made a few adjustments, and signed it the next day. The contract suggested a lead time of 3-4 weeks, but they completed it within 2 weeks. Jim communicated the schedule, and the crews showed up like clock work. The employees were professional, took pride in their work, and knew exactly what they were doing. They had no problem working around the busy street we live on. We have a residential driveway, but went with 2" of binder under 1-1/2" finish surface. The quality of work was exceptional. The employees we spoke with had been with the company for many years. They obviously care about each employee, as well as the customer. Seriously couldn't have asked for anything more."

"Due to lots of rain in May the project could not begin as early as had been projected but Mr. Foley touched base with us several times to update us on when we might begin. They communication was excellent from the bidding through the completion of the job. We chose a decorative, stained trim section lining the drive, a swirled finish on the drive and sidewalk, #6 gauge mat, and plastic mesh reinforced concrete. Curbs were added at the entrance to the drive from the roadway. All of what were once squared-off corners were done with curved transitions. The project was extensive (35 yards of concrete used) but completed within two days. The crew was polite, tidy (as much as can be expected with so much work going on), and cleaned up each day when they left. Mr. Foley was here to check on the work off and on through the time his crew was here and very open to questions or comments. He is always positive and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend this company for any concrete work; the outcome of our job is beautiful. All of our neighbors have commented on how much they like the work and asked who did it. One of our neighbors works in the construction trade and said it it a top-notch job. People we work with have seen the pictures we took and have asked who did this work and from our comments and the pictures have said they would use this company.
