"One of the best home services we've had in a long time! First, we got three quotes, but Alex of Roszman was the only person who inspected our roof from the inside as well as outside. He advised us that there were no leaks inside, and that honestly, we could go another year or two without replacement. His quote was almost exactly equal to one almost as highly-rated competitor. (The third was insanely high!) We went ahead with Roszman, and got on the schedule. The crew came out and worked very fast and efficiently, but did a really nice job of protecting our new gutters, and cleaning up. One and a half days later they were done and our roof looks beautiful. One hiccup was that one of our downspout extensions was lost in the process, but Alex ordered a new one and came out and installed it in two days. A great job and experience all around!"

They contacted me before coming out and made sure I knew what was needed to fix my roof, how much it would cost, and when they could do it. "The sales rep was wonderful. We knew our shingles were old and needed to be replaced. The slew rep asked if our insurance was covering the cost or part of it. We said no. He inspected the roof and found a lot of hail damage. We contacted the insurance company. They sent out an inspector, and our sales rep came to shoe him pictures and to point out the damage, so insurance covered almost the entire cost! This company had a very good selection of materials and colors and the sales rep was very helpful with suggestions. The job was completed in one day. There was a wonderful project manager who was there the whole time, watching that things were done correctly. He answered questions and pointed out problems and their solutions. He had them re-do a small part because he wanted it perfect. All of the workers were industrious and conscientious.They took care to protect our siding, windows and landscaping. They cleaned up afterwards. We are very pleased with the work, the materials, and the professionalism of all of the workers. I recommended them to a neighbor. Another neighbor saw the sales rep come and measure, and asked about having his roof done, and ended up having his done the same day! <br /> I highly recommend Roofing Annex! <br />"

"Mark & his crew were polite, professional & provided excellent service. Mark put on a tarp until roof could be replaced plus assisted with insurance claim. They completed in one day and you would not have know they were there for the detail they applied to the clean up. Mark stands behind his services with the labor warranty he provides. The IKO Dynasty shingles made house look better than original shingles used that were the same color and less than 5 years old. Would definitely recommend and will use again when necessary."

"Company VP, Troy Ware, came to our home within days of my call. Other companies I contacted (a week before Thanksgiving), couldn't come out until the last week of November 2017. After Mr. Ware inspected the roof, he agreed that we had identified the area of the leak. He even applied some roofing patch materials and didn't charge us. As we suspected prior to my call, the shingles (over 15 years old) and decking (still the original 3/8 in plywood installed when the house was build in 1976), needed to be replaced. Even though the weather in mid November was consistently in the mid to upper 40's, he recommended that we wait until Spring 2018. Before Mr. Ware left, he provided us an estimate, which included the cost for the installation of new skylights. There was no pressure, and we were not asked to pay anything up front. As long as we signed the contract prior to year end, we would still get the price in the coming year. After we meet with other roofing companies, we realized that the Mike's Roofing estimate appeared to provide the quality we wanted at a reasonable price. Following our acceptance of its proposal, Mr. Ware drove again to our home in Dublin from Prospect to drop off shingle samples for our consideration. After we get the roof done in 2018, we will update this review of submit one regarding the workmanship of the install."

"Everything went well. However I requested alley flashing and what was installed did not match the roof. I will have to paint the flashing to match. I wish they painted it or installed the correct flashing."
