"I spoke directly with the franchise owner when I called.  He was professional yet still courteous.  I have never rented a dumpster, but he answered every question I had.  He was there on time to deliver the dumpster.  He looked at what we had to dump and the the environment where we were.  He made suggestions with pros and cons about where to put the dumpster-- but put it where I decided.  He was professional, knowledgeable,  courteous, and friendly.   When it came time to pick up the dumpster, he was again very professional, etc. <br /> I liked the system he had.  I made intiial contact via phone.  He promptly followed up with the requested information.  He used a portable billing system through his tablet/phone to run the credit card.  <br /> He made an excellent first impression, and then backed it up with exceptional service.  You also get a discount through Angie's list. <br />"
