Because of the weather and our schedules, he could not do the job right away but kept in touch with me which I really appreciated. He subcontracted someone else to replace an overhang panel that had water damage…he did a great job too. Once that was done, Stace scheduled to come out and did the painting. Great job! (scraped, primed bare wood areas, and repainted with matched paint (2-colors) from H.I.S.—previously I had used Sherwin Williams and had the name/formula but was more expensive! ) He said H.I.S was a good quality paint too. The only thing I would have liked is for him to have done two coats of paint instead of just one...the only reason for 4.5 rating and not a 5! I’m very particular about things but Stace was courteous, patient, and answered all my questions…very pleasant to work with. Thank you!"

"Antonio had his crew working at my home for 4 days. They were on time and Antonio inspected their work daily. Ortiz Custom Remodeling corrected the work on all my doors from an individual I hired prior. They did an excellent job. They had to cut out my bedroom door frame to install a 32" steel door and did that in an hour. I was amazed how quickly they installed it! They sanded, kilz and painted 6 interior doors, three double closet doors and one steel door. They removed the tri fold closest doors and framed in the double closet doors. All my doors fit perfectly and are beautiful. I'm so happy and plan to hire them again for my upcoming home improvement projects. They are awesome!
