Note that the Angie's list price of $799 only covers the installation of 50 gallon gas AO Smith hot water tank. Assuming you also do installation of new brass fittings, new flex lines and new expansion tank (which you should probably all do with the new water heater) it will cost an ADDITIONAL approx $500-600 (mostly labor costs). That's a competitive price but still, you should be aware that the original quote is just for the water tank install itself, nothing else. All-in-all they did a good job for a competitive price. A few months after the install, so far, I can say I would recommend them for this type of work."

They also set up new plumbing for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in the basement, and removed my old water heater and installed a tankless water heater. Any issues that came up, they were very quick to resolve (including an old copper pipe that they didn't install which welding came loose, and they were there same day to fix.) great honest service, reliable service. Mitchell handled a drywall repair issue related to the installation by taking personal responsibility and action to cover the cost himself. Seatown plumbing manager initially said they were not covering the repair, but after speaking with Mitchell this morning confirmed that Seatown will reimburse him for the cost of repair.
