The details were written on a one page checklist document which streamlined my job and helped me follow that items were done as described. I was able to schedule the work after my funds were released from a CD at the bank - it was within a short time after making my downpayment on the work. All details were completed before my final check was written. The head guy on the team was kind, skilled, and had a good sense of humor.
