That was the last time we heard from these clowns. "Dave", whoever he is, never called back, and failed to return numerous phone calls. In other words, he ghosted us. After years and years of using them, I can tell you that they are the best in town. The staff are prompt and professional, the cleaning job is always top-notch, the owner is easy to communicate with, and their rates are reasonable. The company provide and use their own green cleaning products within our home and I have always appreciated their eco-friendly approach as we suffer from many household allergies. "The job was done but it is very sloppy. There?s slurry and mortar all over the chimney and we are not confident it?s properly repaired. We have hired a different contractor to re-do the one fixed by Shamrock as well as the 2nd chimney that also needs repair. The tech from Shamrock was a nice guy he but didn?t do the work; his assistant did the work and its a mess."
