He opened the top and back panels and checked all the possible places for leakage including the bottom. Everything checked out ok. But Sam did suck the water with a wet vac from the filter drain and that might have done the trick if I had any clogging material in the drain. Everything seemed to be working when he turned the washer on to test the drain capability. But whatever it was, it works fine now. And he only charged for the discounted service fee for Angie's List member. These guys were awesome and honest. Will definitely use them again for my other appliances."
