"The representative from Orkin by the name of Charles Graddick showed up to our home, stepped about two steps into the foyer, and gave my wife a price of $1249 and $749. He didnt explain their treatments or any of the why behind the nimbers. My wife said the guy was short with her and acted as if he didn't feel like answering any questions. She said he seemed to be in a hurry and had a rude demeanour. He did not perform an inspection to our knowledge and if he did, he failed to ring the doorbell and let my wife know he was there.Snooping around peoples houses without letting them know is not only rude but dangerous. Orkin will lose out on a lot of business if Charles Graddick continues to treat potential costumers the way he did us. Orkin should take him off the street and retrain him before he is allowed to continue in his current capacity as and inspector. I chose to spend my hard earned money with Cook's pest control due to the experience being 100 times better with the inspector that came out to our home the following day."
