"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. He allowed me to explain my issues and he then explained to me exactly what he would do and their services. When he arrived he spotted the point of entry for these creatures and went right to work. I paid for a year contract and they have been out for follow up appointments multiple times. They have displayed nothing but professionalism and patience. Modern completely eradicated an ant infestation in March 2015.  In July, Modern came to do maintenance spraying to prevent ants.  All interactions with Modern have been professional and polite.  Modern personnel answered all questions thoroughly.  They are very knowledgeable about insects and how to deal with them safely with kids and pets.  Rescheduling was needed and Modern was very flexible in accommodating my schedule.
