"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. "I have a enormous fear of rodents and I could hear them in my ceiling. Appointment was set immediately and Rich was on time. He allowed me to explain my issues and he then explained to me exactly what he would do and their services. When he arrived he spotted the point of entry for these creatures and went right to work. I paid for a year contract and they have been out for follow up appointments multiple times. They have displayed nothing but professionalism and patience. I felt like I was going crazy hearing the rodents in my ceiling and it was driving my cats crazy because they couldn't get to them. The price was well worth the service provided. "provided initial extermination of pests (roaches and rodents).  I love the response time from the time i submitted the question from Angie's site to Modern, the rep, Dave contacted me the next day to talk about what i needed and indicated he could have some come out right away--which is what i wanted.
there was a little snag in the technician's arrival time, but when I called the office to confirm that the technician would still be arriving, the gentleman answering the phone indicated there was a mix up and the technician was on his way.
My majority age daughter was home when the technician visited and she indicated he was thorough.
I must admit trying to get follow up info on scheduling monthly service and whether or not they'll give me a credit for the next service has had a wrinkle, with no follow up (sent email asking for credit on next service since the provider offered a coupon at time of service, and while I mentioned it in our coordinating discussions, my daughter--who can't remember anything if it's not relative to her world) :) forgot to give the tech the coupon. 
I also called this morning (10/14) asking for a schedule and price and was told tech would return call but didn't receive by end of business (10/14)
I realize that when you're on the go and trying to manage communications things slip through the cracks; I believe this is a family owned business and i highly support family owned small businesses over the big guy/gal businesses, so I'll be patient for a couple more days.

He trapped many squirrels to remove them from our property and he came back frequently to check on the have a heart traps and to relocate the animals. He communicated thoroughly and effectively.
