"Mop Riders clean between my airbnb guests and do an excellent job! They are extremely organized and can keep up with specific detailed schedule requests. They are never late, and never miss a scheduled time. The quality of the cleaning service is top notch. I highly recommend their services!"

"We were very impressed by their drywall work in our basement. It was an intense project with a lot of little details and types of drywall work that included ceiling work, boxing in areas that needed to be boxed in, texturing, and rebuilding a bookcase that needed to be re done. They not only knocked out what we asked for but identified other old drywall that needed to be worked on and knocked that out as well. They owned the whole project. We will absolutely be calling them back for more work when it comes up and you should too."

"Lucy's team was efficient and completely eliminated a messy adhesive that was very visible on our floor. Great availability, showed up on time, paperwork was easy. Only challenge was I had some special requests (and some areas we'd already cleaned) and it was a bit tricky to communicate those."

"I give Cobar Builders 5+stars. Elvin, the owner called me the same day, scheduled a meeting the following morning and gave me an estimate within 1-2 days and was able to start the job within the week. The job was done meticulously and the site was cleaned up every day. I am already thinking about the next project for Colbar Builders ...."

"Ok they cleaned very well and everything."

"Job went great! Ishmael and his co-worker Jarnel literally carried our upright piano from its current spot, up two stairs, and down two stairs to it's new spot. Each time they put the piano down, they did it gently and with great care. No bumping or dropping! Would definitely hire them again for any heavy lifting."

"Silvia’s team does a wonderful job cleaning our house. They are thorough, efficient and kind. They are flexible with scheduling and have very fair pricing. We have 2 small children and they are very accommodating as my kids are usually running around while they are cleaning. I give them my highest recommendation!"

"The vacuuming went well. Three hours wasn't quite enough for all the work I'd hoped to have done, but in the time available, the cleaners did a great job.
I was a little surprised that they wanted to use my vacuum, though. It wasn't a huge problem, although I had to instruct them on use of the bagless vacuum.

"Jenny is very professional and responsive. We had a bi-weekly cleaner before her that did not clean sufficiently and Jenny pointed out all the areas that were dirty (fans, base boards, top of refrigerator/microwave, oven and stove). They went over the floors three times and it was squeeky clean. I really liked that they took of their shoes when cleaning the house and floors so as not to leave any marks. The house smelled great and we could really tell the difference in cleanliness when they were finished. It was Jenny and two other ladies. They also cleaned the windows very well, both inside and out (outside only the windows on the bottom floor). Her price is good as well. The only minor drawback is we have to supply the cleaning products but they didn't see to overuse what we had. I've set her up for recurring bi-weekly cleanings and am hopeful she will be our go-to cleaner from now on."
