"4 years ago, we had an emergency need to take care of: a collapsed sewer line. Fixing that required digging a trench through the whole house from bathroom to bathroom. Bill Murray of Mesa Home Improvements came and gave us a price for remodeling both bathrooms. The work was impeccable! The work site was always clean! The final product was beautiful. 4 years later I had an issue with the grout in the tile in one bathroom. Unfortunately I did NOT call Mesa Home Improvements first; the guy who came cut part of the shower pan and just wanted to do too much. I contacted Mesa Home Improvement who came out, fixed what the tile guy had done, and made the shower perfect again. I will always go to Mesa Home Improvements first no matter the size of the job. I was completely satisfied……excellent work! Epoxy included to make the grout last maybe forever!"

"We've had our double swing Driveway gates installed for two years now. I'm a 'do-it-your-selfer' and installed it myself. We opted for the solar-powered package in order to save money on electricity. When talking with the Sales Dept, at NO point did they mention that the solar panels might not give enough voltage to power the gates during the winter or on cloudy, overcast days. We've had only problems on these days: Gates open/close extremely slow or not at all. This requires us to go through the steps to put the gates into manual mode to open/close, which needless to say, is very inconvenient when it's raining! I've contacted the Tech dept many times via email or phone, for information and to troubleshoot. Dave and his predecessor are/were both helpful and patient. Customer service has been slow, or they haven't returned my calls. Emails go unanswered or a reply comes far later than it should and after the issue is a moot point. When bringing up our issues with our expensive gates to both Sales, Customer Service, Tech, and the Owner, they'll suggest upgraded equipment or parts, but they have to be purchased. At no point have they ever offered any parts or upgrades for free because we've had such an overwhelming time getting these gates to function the way their website and videos claim they will. We now have paid for an electric hook-up, and once the transformer arrives(which is late!), we only hope these gates will work the way the company claims they will."

"We could not be more pleased with the work and professionalism that was shown. Ground was prepared with Bobcat.  Existing scrub brush was removed. Holes for new trees were dug with Bobcat.  Trees delivered in nearly pristine condition.  One tree was damaged and the owner deducted a fair amount from the bill. Area was mulched and work area was left in great condition. Very pleased."

"Chris scheduled an appointment for an estimate promptly after our initial contact. He was on time and gave a very thorough description of what he recommended to correct the issues in the master bathroom, as well as the two walls in the master bedroom. All issues were remedied in about a week, which was unbelievable considering the months it took our other, less efficient contactor. Chris also suggested other improvements along the way, such as removing exposed wiring to a fan on the ceiling in the master bedroom and the popcorn ceiling along with it. All in all, we were very impressed with how quickly and professionally the work was completed along with the fair price that was charged in return! There are areas on the hallway walls where texture was not smoothed out and the paint job was poor in certain areas of our home. Overall we were satisfied yet we wouldn't use this company again.
