Within a week or two it caused water to leak into my garage and the master bedroom closet. It was an emergency as we didn't have water for two days (I had to shut the water off) and were waiting since then for a different plumber. I requested a quote, they called to confirm and within 15 or less minutes Jose was on the job. An extremely knowledgeable and very friendly individual. The job was completed within two hours. On site plumbers were very professional and helpful, but after the work was performed they called back to the office to get a price that was very high. I had to talk to the owner to get a break down of the work performed and it did not add up to the two hours that the onsite plumbers were at my house. On top of that, I had to run to and buy the replacement parts to have the repair done."
