"We recently had new wood floors installed in our home, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team was punctual, professional, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish. They helped us choose the right type of wood, completed the installation on schedule, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The floors look beautiful and completely transformed the space. We?re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to others."

"We initially planned to install gravel, but Derek took the time to recommend Zoysia grass instead, explaining it would be more suitable for our shaded backyard and more cost-effective in the long run. I really appreciated that he didn’t just move forward with the more expensive option, but instead provided thoughtful, honest guidance that was in our best interest. In addition to installing the Zoysia, the team also added river rocks for a drainage area and completed minor grading and resloping. They were very professional, efficient, and completed all the work within a single day. The pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of work exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality outdoor services. "

"Texas Tree Team reviewed my requested scope of work, visited property and then presented me with a professional quote, describing what they would do, in terms an arborist would use and with respect to what I wanted done. They also provided their proof of insurance. Their price was lower than two other services I contacted and the communication was more professional. When the day came for service, the tenant or a neighbor had parked a pickup truck under the tree and the Team called me. My tenant was not at home so I suggested the Tree Team see if the truck belonged to neighbors. Tree Team leader told me he'd 'make it work', and he did. After completion, I was presented with pictures of before and after service (I am in another state) and the invoice. I would definitely hire Texas Tree Team again."

The sprinkler system cost is determined by the size of the lawn and not the size of the house. Many large houses sit on top of very small lots with very little landscaping. Now a sprinkler system should be designed based on your current water needs for the type of lawn and plants that you need to water.\n\nThe price variation that you may be experiencing is usually due to cutting corners or simply putting up sprinkler heads and having rotors water large areas over sidewalks. Many cut corners by watering turf (grass) and landscape beds. This is not usually recommended as different plants have different water requirements. Many of this practices are outright illegal and any responsible homeowner should not consider this type of installation.\n\n1. Size of the Area Needing Water - More Landscaping will require more stations. The more sprinkler stations needed, the more valves required, the larger the controller need for the installation. Of course, square footage will determine the amount of pipe needed and the amount of digging involved.\n\n2. Water Pressure - Low water pressure results in the need for more sprinkler stations.\n\n3. Location and Accessibility of the Water Meter - Not a big factor for most homes. However, occasionally you run into a situation where the water meter is surrounded by lots and lots of concrete floor. There are only two options to reach the water meter. The first option is to dig. The second option is to demolish the concreted area. Again, this is very rare in a residential sprinkler installation.\n\nWhen investing in a sprinkler system, it is usually best to find a irrigator that follows local laws and best installation practice for the industry. The prices may not be the cheapest but you will usually experience less headaches in the life of the sprinkler system.
