"It all went very well. It was same day service, and they don't charge to come and check out the job. Our gutters have screens and they had to see first if it would be possible to get them off. They could do it, which was more expensive. But Elena had told me about the extra expense when I called. And we added our studio building onto the original project. Plus we learned that there were no guards on the downspouts, which we had them install six for a slight extra cost. We are very satisfied with the work and with the really nice people who own the company. The cost was in line with the extra things that came up.
