"It went very well. They were doing some landscaping work in my neighbor's yard; I was impressed with their work effort and results. So, inquired about trimming my trees and repairing my leaning fence. Victor and his crew explained to me why my already once repaired fence had failed and was leaning over. They explained how they would rectify the problem so it would not reoccur. They also trimmed and shaped 7 redwood trees I have in my yard. "This review is long overdue. I've worked with Adary Electric about 10 times during a 2 year period, with many of these projects requiring multiple days of work. I've dealt with Nadav and Marcie (the owners), and at least 6 different electricians. So I feel I have a very comprehensive view of Adary Electric. Adary Electric has been the best businesses I've worked with. Their communication is complete and quick, Marcie and Nadav are super helpful and very friendly, and the electricians are professional, clean, and perform excellent quality work. Their prices are fair and the work is completed in reasonable time. Here are some of the projects that Adary Electric completed for me: rewiring half of my 96-year-old home (which was still knob and tube), replacing my main electrical panel, replacing the electrical cables from the city to my home, installing an electric charger, installing chandeliers, adding outlets, removing overhead lighting, and installing speciality outlets. Operating on an older home is challenging, and Adary Electric has done a wonderful job. I'm very picky but I've never had to ask Adary Electric to change any of their work. Their electricians are professional and patiently answer all my questions. While repaving my driveway, we discovered that the city incorrectly marked the main electrical pipe to my house. It turned out that the electrical pipe was only a few inches below my driveway (code required 3 feet), and the pipe was corroded. The city immediately shut off power to my house, and this lasted for 6 days. Nadav and Marcie went above and beyond in coordinating with the city permit and inspection bureaucracy and with my pavers who trenched and laid down a new pipe. I'm grateful for Nadav and Marcie for their attentiveness during this stressful period. I often joke with Nadav and Marcie that I wish they'd expand their business to include roofing, solar, kitchen remodel, and general construction, so that I can only have to work with them. "For context, we hired System Pavers for work on our forever home. We spent about $80,000 on the project. We were not payed or compensated in anyway for this review. Because I've owned my own business for years, I felt compelled to right this review because good service and quality work, which exceeds expectations, deserves to be recognized. Let's be clear, System Pavers competes over quality and service, not price. Chrys Hoffman provided excellent design services. She made extra trips to ensure that we developed a vision that worked for me and my wife. Additionally, when there were scope changes, she made sure to call those out along with any additional charges. She gave us time between sessions to discuss and incubate our thoughts. When the project was completed the only surprises were good ones. System Pavers completed the project at the price we were expecting. System Pavers never nickle-and-dimed us. They were accommodating over any issues that were not adequately defined from the beginning. They also provided helpful suggestions that at times meant extra work for them. For example, on our side gate entrance, they recommend creating a cut-out to keep the garbage cans and allow a clear walkway into the backyard. They didn't even charge extra for that. They also extended our Pavers a few yards beyond the original plan to cover the cement which was demolished to make room trenching gas and electrical into an outdoor kitchen area. Nick Padilla, our project manager, went out of his way to help our dream come true. We had planned a 3-column basalt fountain. I was really attached to using a multi-colored fountain lights kit, embedded in the bore holes of the basalt columns to light up the water at night. However, when the fountain lights arrived, I discovered that the boreholes were about 1/2 inch to small to mount the lights flush with the tops of the columns. Nick had experience with stone masonry. He volunteered to help bore out the column holes an extra half inch at the top to make the fountain lights work. It worked. The fountains look fantastic at night! Nick made it happen for us. I've compared System Pavers' work to the work some of our neighbors completed with small independent contractors. It is easy for anyone to immediately see the difference in quality. Friends that have come to visit have commented on the excellent job System Pavers did with the pavers--friends in the contracting and construction business. One last thing. System Pavers remains focused on their core business, but they understand that completing a project often includes work that is not part of their core business. They referred a general contractor named Mohsen Esfahani who was very experienced and easy to work with. We could tell him what we wanted to do and he would suggest a variety of ways to do it--always starting with the least expensive options. He's pricing was very fair and his work was very good. If you are lucky, you will get Mohsen on your project also. Again, hats-off to Chrys Hoffman, Nick Padilla, Angel, Roberto, Mohsen, and the rest of the guys on the team."

They also put in pavers around the pool and new lighting. We first set up a meeting with them to go over the costs of installing a new pool. They were very upfront about the costs and going over every option. They catered to what we wanted while suggesting options and designs we didn't know about. <br /> Once the building started, I was very impressed with the respect their workers treated me and my family with. We had told them that our neighborhood didn't allow construction work past a certain time. They made sure to start cleaning up early so that they weren't working past 4:00pm. Eventually they still finished ahead of schedule, and now my family and I are ready for summer with our new pool! <br /> We are very happy with how it turned out.
