"When I went looking for someone to paint my home, I found it confusing and a bit daunting that there were so many painting companies in Tucson. I picked Arizona Painting Company because of the excellent customer service they brought to the process. They did a complete inspection of my home, pointing out issues that needed to be addressed, then gave me a comparable quote that I decided on over anyone else. The inspector/sales representative then gave me a tentative date to start the project. I was contacted by Arizona Painting Company 2 weeks earlier than the quote date to schedule the complete painting of my home which consisted of the whole exterior including the running board around the eves, the garage door, and the front door. They patched all the stucco and holes in the walls and accepted the color choices I gave them since I live in an HOA community. They assigned me an excellent individual to manage the project. Rene Gonzalez texted me every day to let me know when they would be arriving, did all the preparation on the home, and painted my home in less than three (3) days. I am ecstatic about the results. "There are painters and then there are painters. The team at Crash of Rhinos Painting, including the owners - Mike and Kim Ricker - are absolutely wonderful. Their commitment to detail and overall service was just perfect. It took them 3 1/2 days to complete the stucco repairs, caulking, painting, repainting, etc. until they were satisfied. The key here is "until they were satisfied". Very few businesses will test themselves to that degree and it was a truly great experience to see the pride in the workers. The work was completed on August 20 and each day had been at 110 degrees plus - not an easy time for taking the time to do everything right. I had interviewed three other painting firms in the area and none could come close, to the commitment made by Mike and Kim. Kim also advised a couple of trim treatments to make the new colors balance better on the house which we would not have thought of. Every morning I would spend a few minutes with the senior painter and have a list of things I had noticed the night before or earlier that morning that I thought needed additional touch-up. To my surprise, each day he would literally be pointing out the areas before I told him and let me know the additional things they would be doing to complete that given area. This is a long review, but just again to say it was a great experience -- and, lastly, cost was absolutely at market rate or maybe just a little less!"
