"We are very satisfied with RS Builders. I had two rooms whose windows had leaked since day one and no one was able to find the problem for 15 years. Sukh (the owner) determined we needed to remove the drywall inside and the stucco outside to get to the problem. We were delayed a few weeks due to the non-stop rain we had in Oct., but the crew was able to determine the windows had been improperly installed by the original builder and there were gaps between them and the framing and flashing, causing the leaks. There was a lot of rot and termite damage but fortunately no mold. They wound up having to replace much of the framing, remove all the windows (20) and reinstall them after coming up with a solution to seal the space between the windows and the framing. Then the outside was stuccoed and the interior drywall and paint were completed. The crew mostly arrived when they were expected (a couple times they didn't but it wasn't an issue to us). They kept everything as neat and tidy as possible and cleaned up after each day's work. Sukh came out periodically to check on the work and came up with the overall solution to the problem, but his foreman, Carlos, was there every day. I found the price for the project to be very reasonable, even after adding a change order due to the unknown amount of damaged wood that had to be replaced once the walls were opened up. I have already referred RS Builders to my brother for a major interior remodel project and would be happy to provide references for anyone considering RS Builders for their project."

"Chris and his crew were the best. The final product looked amazing. Throughout the process, Chris went above and beyond to make my project easy. He picked up my tile, helped me with a grout color, and went out of his way to be sure that I was happy no matter what. There was even a small leak in a refrigerator water line that he replaced during the job. He helped me out so much that I didnâ t even have to stress. My project consisted of almost 1,000 sq ft of tile, working in various rooms with a lot of challenges because of the changes in the floor layout. The tile was layed in a strategic manner and everything flowed perfectly. I have worked with contractors in the past where I have been dissatisfied and have only wanted them to finish and get out so I could fix their mess. I finally called Angi and received a quick response from 4 contractors. Chris Ioanca from Alpha Tile was the first and most flexible contractor. We set up a visit quickly and he arrived timely. Unlike some other companies, he did not try to expand the work or suggest unnecessary additions. He quickly diagnosed the problem, offered a very fair price and scheduled the work to be completed in the next few days. His work turned out better than I ever hoped and at a price that was very reasonable. The floor looks beautiful. It matches the rest of the floor perfectly because his careful workmanship allowed him to reuse the original tile. It was a small job but important to me. "Brian, (the owner) came for the original estimate and was very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. He assured me that my tile floor would look like new after it was color sealed. I was skeptical, but gave him the go ahead anyway. On the assigned day, Brady and Zack came and spent the entire day, from 9AM to a little after 5PM, working on the floor. They were friendly, hard working and efficient. Brian was right. The tile floor looks amazing! I couldn't be happier.
