"They arrived when scheduled and the appointment seemed to go well. After our appointment I was expecting to get plans and pricing. After 3 weeks I gave them a call, left a message that I had not received anything yet but was really interested. After another 3 or 4 weeks- still nothing. Not even a call or email say " got your message, I am working on something". Yesterday I called the company and explained that I had not been contacted since our initial visit and that I wanted to cancel the landscape plan as well as the lawn fertilizer and weed control applications that we had discussed. They simply said ok...and did not even attempt to provide any customer service. <br /> <br /> <br />Update- the owner of the company read the above review and contacted me. He was very apologetic. He asked if he could come out, meet with me and quote the work. I met with him today, he was very prompt and professional. I don't think my initial experience was a true indication of the service and professionalism normally exhibited by this provider. And for this reason I have updated my original review."

"We were contacted by Richard Parker, owner of RichLawns, while he was mowing the lawn next door. He offered us a very good price for regular service. They do an outstanding job and only come when needed. In other words, they don't show up every week, just because it is Tuesday. While we do not have a large yard, he treats it the same as he would a full acre. Also because we travel occasionally, he comes to do the yard and waits until we return to get paid. I intend to keep using him as long as he is willing. <br />"

"Reddi was great I called and they were prompt with getting someone out to the house within about 2 hours (which was great especially for a backed up sewage pipe). <br /> The person they sent was extremely friendly and helpful and got the job done quick. I gave them an A overall and an A on everything except for price because for the time spent I think the amount was a little high. <br /> I would use them again. <br />"

"I had a maple tree with a cracked bark and was a bit worried the tree could have a serious issue (it's 20 years old and a nice size so I didn't want to start over). Tree Top came out (the tree guy I guess) and said it was due to the drought and hot weather from the previous summer, it had been causing the same issue on other maple trees. They sealed the exposed area and wrapped the tree, and also applied a systemic drench to make help keep the tree safe from insects. Overall pleased with the experience. <br />"

"The cost of service is about $40, $45 each depending on what they put on. The service is just fine. They do a good job. We have the prettiest green in the area. We never see them. We just see a sign in the yard. I think he is a fireman and I think he does this on the side. Their price is about like everybody else. Their quality is fine; we got pretty grass. Their responsiveness is good. If we do need the grass mowed because we cannot do it or something, they come and do that whenever we ask. We do not tell them when to come and their professionalism is fine."

"<p> Eric did the same job for me in 2015. There was no question as to who I would hire for the same job this year.  There are 4 mature cottonwoods around the property and they shed many leaves every years.  Eric has many tools to accomplish his task and he bags and removes all of the leaves.  He was right on time when we agreed to meet for his bid and performed the work the next day.  His bid was very reasonable and it took him most of the day. I also understand that Eric and his crew have recently been taking on more work and he is now offering sprinkler system maintenance. During the mowing season, I normally mow my own yard but more than once (for vacation) I did hire Eric and he came over to take care of the lawn maintenance. No Problems.  I would highly recommend Eric for your lawn maintenance needs.</p> <br />"

"It didn't work, I never saw them spraying. They could tell us when they are coming. Luckily my dogs were not out there when they treated the grass but they should let us know."

"I got the materials and Green Meadows Lawn & Landscaping built a new deck. I got railroad ties for the different levels around our garden. We took all the little step stones out and Green Meadows put a wide walkway down with lots of steps. They made it much nicer than it was before. They worked their tails off. It was 110 Degrees almost every day and they worked for many hours, and worked hard for all the time they were here. I gave them the ability to come in and use the rest room and they never did. They did their work and left and that was it. They were very nice guys, everybody they had working for them was very nice and friendly. My grandkids were here half of the summer and they would go out and drive them nuts, I'm sure, and they were so nice to my grandkids. They went out to fish on the dock and they caught a fish. One of the guys went out and helped them take the fish off the hook. They were just really friendly guys and really considerate of everybody. They let the boys watch as much as they wanted to, and my grandsons are quite small. We had one problem, when they planted something I didn't want. Our back yard was just covered in rose bushes and I wanted all of that ripped out, which they did. I wanted nothing that had a thorn in it out in the back yard because I knew the boys would be out there all the time this summer. When they replanted, they put some of the rose bushes back in. I've discussed it with them and when the freeze is over they're going to come back out and replace them."

"They did a pretty good job. I suppose the only thing I didn't like, was maybe it had with the way they redid the watering system."
