The second project?repairing loose chimney bricks?was also done poorly and left unfinished. Mortar was slopped onto the bricks, the bricks are still loose, and there is no mortar cap. I requested a refund since the work must be redone by a qualified professional, and it was refused. Do not hire. The only reason I learned of the extent of the damage and the substandard work was that roofers later documented it."
