"After going through the headache of getting quotes from several window companies, JDI was a standout for both customer service, pricing, and quality. If you're in the market for windows you know, or soon will, that high pressure sales are the preferred tactic for most retailers. They will try to force you to commit to an overpriced product at a "discount" if you give up you ability to look into their quality claims or make comparisons.
