"Duct cleaning service was great! I submitted a request for a quote online and Nathan from Ductz called me the instant I pressed the submit button. He sent a proposal via email which I accepted the next day. I had to follow up with an email because I didn't hear anything after I accepted the proposal, but that was probably just a technical error. Once I heard from them, they scheduled an appointment within 2 days. The crew arrived a little later than expected, but it was not a problem for me. They were efficient and clear about what they were doing, and they got the job done quickly. They seemed to be very careful and thorough. I am very happy with the service. <br />"
