He always responds to my calls and texts. He advised me on the variety of materials and design he could use on my fireplace project and lead me step by step through the process. With his help I was able to find a tile I love and he installed it beautifully. He has an incredible eye for detail and is willing to make sure you are very happy with the end product. "Jose installed and finished Drywall in our 1500 Sqft basement. After agreeing to use Jose, I added some details that made the job more challenging ( along with assurances I would pay for additional time) and Jose didn't flinch. On the front end of his project, he helped install special sound isolation clips and hat channel furring for the ceiling. After that, I specified a 2nd layer of 5/8" drywall with green glue and sound caulking. And then the same on the wall adjacent to the stairwell. Then I asked him to prime all the new drywall.. Finally I asked him to lay ceramic tile in the bath ( asked on Thursday, done on Sat). He just rolled with it all and him and his team did all very well. I'm sure he was ready to be done with me and my BS additions and I'm sure there were customer waiting for him to get to their jobs, but I am thankful I hire him."

"I hired the Grout Medic to replace the grout in my shower, which had been deteriorating over the years, and to also attempt to clean the shower door which had built up a heavy coat of precipitate and soap scum. I was told that the work would probably take between five to six hours, and the tech, Diego, showed up on time and got to work right away. Sure enough, after about five and a half hours...he had finished, and I was blown away by what an amazing job he had done to my shower and the door also! Everything basically looked brand new; I simply couldn't believe it! After the original estimate, I thought that maybe the price was a bit high...but after seeing the finished product, I would have to say that it was definitely well worth the price and I was very happy that I chose the Grout Medic for the job!
