"We’ve been real pleased with them. It’s a little family run business and they do an excellent job. They are actually coming out next week and we use the sentricon bait system, so they would be coming out and checking the bait system. We’ve been real pleased with them. They are a termite protection, so we use them on an on-going basis. What they do is they maintain it, but they come out several times a year and check the bait stations. We have a contract with them, so it’s an on-going contract. I think they come every 3 months. They check the little bait traps every 3 months. We pay $3,500 a year for our termite protection. We’re pleased with the price and the quality. If we’re not pleased with people we don’t use them. If we use them they’re an “A” or we don’t use them anymore. We’ve been using them on-going for several years."

"Bill saved my front yard! It looks like the yard of the month! His main goals are the health of your plants and your ability to maintain what he's done. He explains all of your options and their pros and cons. He teaches you the next steps so you can maintain everything in the future. He is kind, professional and thoughtful in all he does for you. He offers the level of customer service I only see at a certain chicken chain by always thanking you for allowing him to serve you. You can tell he is passionate about his work. He spent around 12 hours in the heat and rain to give me my dream yard with perfectly manicured hedges and weed free flower beds. He uncovered my beautiful rock boarders and stone path that I hadn't seen in years. I can't wait to see what he can do with my backyard!"

"OMG.....our new patio could be pictured in Architectural Digest magazine !!! It is beautiful. We had 4 contractors submit bids on our project. Each of them discussed how they would go about completing the work. Keeler was not afraid to tackle this small, but difficult project due to our condominium restrictions. They did everything they promised and then some. The integrity of this company is beyond reproach. Keeler is so good that he will be doing our son's new patio soon. We cannot say enough good things about this company. BTW: Keeler will be planting our landscaping greenery this spring. We are SO happy !!!"

"John did an excellent job! He was not only knowledgeable about water sprinkler systems, but he was professional, honest, and understanding. He tested, adjusted and replaced rotors and spray nozzles to ensure proper lawn coverage and eliminated excess drainage and water puddles. I will definitely use his services on future projects."

"We are very pleased with the work. Mckinley and his helper took extra care to round off all wood edges and followed swing hardware kit instructions. They were on time and courteous. Quality work and attention to details. Kids were swinging later that day..."

FAQs for brick and stone patios, walks, and steps installation projects in Elgin, SC

When cleaning your flagstone patio, begin by gently hosing off loose dirt and debris. Use a mild solution of white vinegar and water or diluted dish soap to scrub the surface with a soft-bristled brush. Avoid using abrasive tools, such as wire brushes, as they can damage the stone’s seal and finish. This careful approach effectively removes mold and grime while preserving the natural beauty of your patio.

Flagstone naturally offers a neutral palette that includes shades of grey, black, red, yellow, brown, and tan, and its inherent color cannot be altered. Choosing varieties like bluestone provides a subtle bluish tint that complements many exterior designs. These natural hues enhance curb appeal and create a refined, timeless look in your outdoor space, ensuring a sophisticated finish with minimal upkeep.

Flagstone for a patio must have a minimum thickness of 1.5 inches to reliably support furniture and foot traffic. Using stone that is two to three inches thick is recommended to ensure lasting durability. The increased thickness prevents cracking under load and enhances long-term performance. Investing in thicker flagstone provides superior stability and resistance to weather conditions, ensuring your outdoor space remains both safe and attractive.

You can paint a flagstone patio by using a high-quality, outdoor elastomeric latex paint designed for heavy foot traffic. Painting not only refreshes the patio’s appearance but also creates a waterproof barrier that protects the stone from damage. Regular reapplication every one to two years maintains its durability and visual appeal, ensuring your patio remains both stylish and well-protected.
