"So disrespectful of your time. I committed myself to being at my place for the first cleaning. I was told at first 9 am. Then 11-12 and then 12:30pm Each time speaking to the dispatcher who claimed she was in touch with the crew. When 12:30 rolled around ...nothing. They totally screwed my day. I am not an unemployed person.--.I have meetings I had to reschedule Clearly they were not concerned with making a good first impression-so I figure if that is how it is before they have even started...forget it. Complete disrespect of my time. No communication. They simply do not care especially if you are a new customer."
