"The job was done very well. Everything was done exactly as described in the estimate. Staff were professional and polite, the yard and driveway were spotless when they left.
The new fence looks great and I suspect it will last for quite a while.
With regards to communication there is room for improvement.
We had to keep calling to find out what the estimated dates for the work would be. It would have been nice if York Fence had been a little more proactive in keeping us informed.
The same goes for communication while the work was in progress. On the second day the weather made working impossible, but we only found out that no-one would be coming to do work once we called the office.
A call to give us the heads up would have been nice.
