"This is twice I have had Knight's out in the last 60 days. Both time I called about 7:30 am and both times tech was on site before 8:30 am. First time was only a loose wire connection on inside fan. Today I noticed the outside unit was not running, so not heating. Was burned out contactor and burned wires. Mark, the tech, had the problem fixed in under an hour. Total cost was very reasonable."
